هل التطبيق مجاني؟
نعم، التطبيق مجاني بالكامل، بلا إعلانات ولا اشتراكات، ولا يحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب.
الدرس لا يعمل أو يتوقف أثناء التشغيل
تُبث الدروس من مصادرها على الإنترنت، فتأكد من اتصالك ثم أعد المحاولة بعد قليل.
ولتجنب الانقطاع، حمّل الدرس واستمع إليه بلا إنترنت. وإن استمرت المشكلة في درس معيّن فراسلنا باسم الشيخ والكتاب والدرس لنصلحه.
كيف أحمّل الدروس والكتب للاستخدام بلا إنترنت؟
اضغط على أيقونة التحميل بجانب الدرس أو الكتاب. وتجد ما حمّلته في الإعدادات ← إدارة الملفات والمحتوى.
على أجهزة أندرويد تُحفظ الملفات أيضاً في مجلد Download/Aljid.
التحميل لا يبدأ على بيانات الجوال
راجع خيار «التحميل عبر Wi-Fi فقط» في الإعدادات ← التحميل والتخزين؛ عند تفعيله لا يبدأ التحميل إلا على شبكة Wi-Fi.
يتوقف الصوت عند إطفاء الشاشة أو الخروج من التطبيق
اسمح للتطبيق بالإشعارات حتى تظهر أدوات التحكم بالتشغيل، ولا تُغلق التطبيق من قائمة التطبيقات المفتوحة أثناء الاستماع.
على أجهزة أندرويد، استثنِ التطبيق من «تحسين البطارية» في إعدادات الجهاز.
الصوت منخفض أو غير واضح
فعّل «تحسين الصوت» من مشغّل الدروس أو من الإعدادات ← الصوتيات؛ فهو يوضّح كلام الشيخ ويخفض الضوضاء ويرفع الصوت الهادئ.
كيف أفعّل التذكير اليومي بالمتابعة؟
من الإعدادات ← التذكير بالمتابعة فعّل «تذكير يومي بالمتابعة» واختر وقت التذكير. وتأكد أن الإشعارات مسموحة للتطبيق في إعدادات الجهاز.
كيف أغيّر حجم الخط أو طريقة عرض الكتب؟
من الإعدادات ← العرض والقراءة اختر وضع القراءة الافتراضي (PDF أو نص)، وحجم نص القراءة، وإبقاء الشاشة مفعلة أثناء القراءة.
كيف أحذف التحميلات وأوفّر مساحة على جهازي؟
من الإعدادات ← التحميل والتخزين ← إدارة التخزين ترى المساحة المستخدمة، ويمكنك حذف ملفات بعينها أو تفريغ المساحة بالكامل.
وجدت خطأً في درس أو كتاب، أو أريد اقتراح محتوى

هل يجمع التطبيق بياناتي الشخصية؟
لا. لا يتطلب التطبيق حساباً ولا يجمع بيانات شخصية، وتقدّمك وإعداداتك محفوظة على جهازك فقط. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
Is the app free?
Yes. Al Jid is completely free, with no ads and no subscriptions, and it doesn't require an account.
A lesson won't play, or stops while playing
Lessons are streamed from their online sources, so check your connection and try again in a moment.
To avoid interruptions, download the lesson and listen offline. If a specific lesson keeps failing, email us the scholar, book and lesson name so we can fix it.
How do I download lessons and books for offline use?
Tap the download icon next to a lesson or book. Everything you've downloaded is listed under Settings → Files & content (إدارة الملفات والمحتوى).
On Android, files are also saved to the Download/Aljid folder.
Downloads don't start on mobile data
Check the "Download over Wi-Fi only" option (التحميل عبر Wi-Fi فقط) under Settings → Downloads & storage. While it's on, downloads only start on Wi-Fi.
Audio stops when the screen turns off or I leave the app
Allow notifications for the app so the playback controls can appear, and avoid closing the app from the recent-apps list while listening.
On Android, exclude the app from battery optimization in your device settings.
The audio is quiet or unclear
Turn on "Audio enhancement" (تحسين الصوت) from the lesson player or under Settings → Audio. It clarifies the speaker's voice, reduces noise and lifts quiet passages.
How do I turn on the daily reminder?
Under Settings → Continue reminder (التذكير بالمتابعة), enable the daily reminder and choose a time. Make sure notifications are allowed for the app in your device settings.
How do I change the text size or how books open?
Under Settings → Display & reading (العرض والقراءة), choose the default reading mode (PDF or text), the reading text size, and whether to keep the screen on while reading.
How do I delete downloads and free up space?
Go to Settings → Downloads & storage → Manage storage to see the space used, delete individual files, or clear all downloads at once.
I found a mistake in a lesson or book, or want to suggest content
